Order
The first step of the order in fatimagifts is the choice of items by the customer and to facilitate that, we give all the assistance, both in store and online purchases. In a first approach, we try to make a detailed selection of the available articles in order to facilitate the choice. Once the customer makes their choice, we collect, in the most detailed way possible all the necessary information for the delivery, so that the order is delivered without any embarrassment.
After collecting all the information and confirming the payment, the chosen piece is carefully packed. All the items are properly packed and protected with bubble wrap, carton and styrofoam, and are housed in a reinforced carton box (custom-made carton) with extra support/protection in needed areas. This whole process allows the contents of the box to be securely fixed and protected, without being subject to excessive pressure, avoiding breaks. Onve the item is well-secured and well protected the carton is sealed properly and the invoice is attached, as well as all the information necessary for the delivery.

Shipment Process
When an order is confirmed, the payment verified and all products are available, it will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible, depending on the number of orders placed on the list, the process may take up to 3 days. If the order includes products not available, it is not possible to send the order immediately (it will only be possible when we have the product) and the Customer will receive an email (geral@fatimagifts.com) with the expected waiting time for the arrival of the missing products.
When placing an order and depending on the details of the products and the shipping address, we may have to choose between different shipping methods: Shipping Company or Portuguese Post Office (available only for some countries and packages).
In both cases, as soon as the order is sent by fatimagifts, you will receive an email with all the information, enabling you to track the shipment.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to track the order. It is extremely important that the client, in the order’s process, indicates the correct and complete delivery address with all the details (house number, postal code …), a cellphone number, a valid e-mail address and any additional information necessary, allowing the Shipping Company to make a smooth delievery (such as CPF code for shipments to Brazil, as well as specific codes from other countries).
Also, regularly check the tracking link, so there is always someone available at the delivery address to receive the order in the days of the estimated delivery. If the Shipping Company is unable to deliver the package (by wrong delivery address, absent recipient or other reasons), the order will be returned to the nearest Company’s warehouse.The customer will have to contact the Shipping Company to agree / reschedule a new delivery attempt. Deadline the Delivery
In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 3 working days after the date of payment, in the autonomous regions and, depending on the islands, the delivery time may vary between 3 to 8 business days. Deliveries in Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and shipping time;
The customer should not accept the order if he finds that the box is not in the correct shipping conditions. The box should not show any signs of infringement of its contents or of having been crumpled.
In the event of a stock breach situation the customer will be informed.
The shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing the products in the cart and it depends on the delivery address and the total weight of the package.
